江苏省农科院等揭示DNA去甲基化酶调控水稻雌雄配子体发育

2020年4月22日，Plant Biotechnology Journal杂志在线发表了来自江苏省农业科学院粮食作物研究所水稻研究室杨杰团队联合澳大利亚CSIRO Agriculture and Food朱乾浩团队题为“CRISPR/Cas9-targeted mutagenesis of the OsROS1 gene induces pollen and embryo sac defects in rice”的研究论文。该研究利用基因编辑创制水稻中DNA去甲基化酶OsROS1基因多个等位突变体，进一步明确该基因调控水稻雌雄配子体发育的功能。
