2020年7月28日，Nature communications在线发表了中国科学院上海植物逆境生物学研究中心/ 中国科学院分子植物科学卓越创新中心Alberto Macho研究组题为An immune receptor complex evolved in soybean to perceive a polymorphic bacterial flagellin的研究论文，该研究揭示大豆进化出了能够感知青枯菌鞭毛蛋白的受体，这是植物-细菌协同进化的一个典型案例。
